как тяжко жить: в 2007 году Сен-Бартельми отделился от Французской Гваделупы....
(да, они "оба" французские заморские территории, а не отдельные страны. но теперь это две разных административных единицы, а не одна)
а нам теперь все исправлять на сайте....

так речь о том, что самоуправление у них ровно такое же, как и у остальных территорий. то есть, этот сен-мартэн теперь такой же как и мартиника, какая-нибудь. ему даже номер дали - 950.
